- Tina Kunakey was born on April 5, 1997 in the Toulouse region in France to Robin and Nadia Kunakey. While her father is of Togolese origin from Morocco, her mother is from Sicily. Tina spent her childhood in Biarritz, which is in the Basque coast. She has a sister and a brother. The family is very close and spend a lot of time with each other. Tina was interested to pursue a career as a model at a very young age. While surfing on the beach, she was spotted by a surfing company who arranged for a photo shoot with her. This became the first of the many photo shoots. Soon she was shooting for local brands like Roxy, Billabong, and Quicksilver. However, she knew she could achieve more and become more famous if she moved to the city. Thus, she moved to Madrid from Biarritz to focus on her studies and start working as a model on the side. Her parents completely supported and encouraged her decision. She attended several castings in Madrid and found moderate fame. She even signed a contract with Mad Models Management, a talent agency in Barcelona. However, she decided to leave for London and start over again. She had to learn English to be noticed and was eventually cast in a short film by ASAP rapper Rocky. In 2016, she was seen in the music video of 'Danje' by the reggae singer Kalash. Later she appeared in the video of 'Belinda', a song from M. Pokora. The video was released in October 2016 and became a huge hit on YouTube with over 12 million views. These two appearances made her famous across the world, and she graced the covers of several reputed magazines, include Marie-Claire in Italy, Grazia, and Vogue Italia. She also worked with reputed photographers such as Koto Bolofo and Ellen Von Unwerth. She next worked in a shoot with Bella Hadid for Dior's 2017 campaign and appeared in advertisements by L'Oreal. She has also played a minor role in Danny Boyle's TV series 'Trust'. In 2018, Tina became the ambassador for the brand Volcom and was the cover model for Etam, an upscale lingerie company. More recently, she made her runaway debut by walking the ramp at the Jean Paul Gaultier shows in Paris. She recently signed up with the major talent agency IMG model and works with them.

Gérard Barray was the leading hero in Adventure-Movies made in France - following Jean Marais and on his side in his starting-out-Movies. He became famous as D'Artagnan in "Les trois mousquetaires", as Hardi Pardaillan and "Commissaire San Antonio". In 1969 he changed his profile to the dark side as Van Britten, partner of young Claude Jade in The Witness (1969) - his most interesting part, but whithout great success. His come-back to popularity was the TV-Man Duvernois in Open Your Eyes (1997) by Alejandro Amenábar, the original version of Vanilla Sky (2001) with Tom Cruise.- Beleaguered-looking French-British character actor, born André Gaston Maillol in Toulouse. Active in the United Kingdom (where he would take out citizenship by naturalisation in 1967) and billed as André Maranne from 1956, he provided a cultivated presence as stereotypical French gendarmes, customs officers, and waiters. His best-known role was that of Herbert Lom's bespectacled and hapless aide, Sergeant François Chevalier, in six Pink Panther movies. He also appeared in an episode of Fawlty Towers (1975) as a culinary aide to Basil. Maranne was genuinely myopic but disliked wearing his glasses on screen.
While TV appearances were undoubtedly his forte, on occasion Maranne graced the big screen. Aside from the Pink Panther films, notable appearances included a deft comic turn in Darling Lili (1970) (alongside the equally hilarious Jacques Marin) and as Admiral Pierre-Charles de Villeneuve, the ill-fated commander of the Franco-Spanish fleet at Trafalgar in The Nelson Affair (1973). For BBC radio, Maranne worked as presenter of Bonjour Francoise (1968), a French language course for beginners. He also acted in La Chasse au Trésor (1968), a BBC drama series for young children, designed to teach the basics of French. It was set in France and featured an all-French cast.
Maranne retired in 1991 to Brighton, England, where he died in 2021, aged 94. - Production Designer

Known as El Zorzal Criollo, the songbird of Buenos Aires, Carlos Gardel is a legendary figure in Uruguay and Argentina. He was born on December 11st, 1890, in Toulouse (France). His place of birth have been claimed by the Uruguayans and Argentinians, however, his Birth Certificate and his Will proves, and leaves no doubt, that Carlos Gardel was born in France. The charismatic singer's career coincided with the development of that intrinsically Argentine cultural icon, the tango (the traditional Argentinean music).
The elite overcame their aversion to the tango's humble origins and open sensuality only when the man and his music were already widely accepted in New York and Paris.
Radio performances and a film career extended this appeal. Gardel's sky-rocketing career was cut short in 1935, when he lost his life in a plane crash in Colombia. An orgy of grief swept from New York to Puerto Rico, and a woman in Havana suicided. Hordes of people thronged to pay their respects as the singer's body made the journey to its final resting place in a Buenos Aires cemetery, traveling via Colombia, New York and Río de Janeiro. Instantly immortal and preserved forever young, his enduring fame is measured by the oft-heard Argentine expression 'Gardel sings better every day'. Sixty years after his death, a devoted following keeps the legend blazing, playing Gardel's music daily, placing a lit cigarette in the hand of the life-sized statue which graces his tomb and keeping his few films in circulation.- Laurent Terzieff was born on 27 June 1935 in Toulouse, Haute-Garonne, France. A native of Toulouse, France, Olivier Alary is a Montreal-based musician and composer. After a degree in architecture, Alary moved to London to study composition.

Since 2007, he has also provided soundtrack for several feature-length films and documentaries, some of which have received prestigious awards and screenings worldwide (Berlinale, Sundance, TIFF, Locarno, IDFA).
Olivier has also composed music for several exhibitions at London's Victoria & Albert Museum and Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris. He has also collaborated with several visual artists including Doug Aitken and Nick Knight.- Jacques Duby was born in Toulouse in 1922. As a boy, his main handicap was shyness and after experiencing serious difficulties at oral exams, his father, a physician (and dramatic critic - noblesse oblige) advised him to take elocution lessons. A nice move indeed as not only did that help him to solve his problems (he finally managed to graduate from high school) but it made Jacques discover his vocation (treading the boards) too. Following a period of high class training (Conservatoire de Toulouse, Centre du Spectacle and Conservatoire de Paris), Jacques Duby started a long career spanning five decades, primarily devoted to the theater but also to television (over forty roles in films, series or filmed plays) and, to a lesser extent, to the big screen. His stage roles includes plays by Marcel Aymé ("Clérambard"), Marcel Achard ("L'Idiote"), Jacques Audiberti ("La logeuse"), Christine Arnothy ("La Peau de Singe") or Félicien Marceau ("L'Oeuf", "Les Oiseaux de Lune"). Not forgetting his home town, he founded his own company "Le Grenier de Toulouse" as early as 1945. Not very tall, looking youthful (even now that he is over eighty), he developed the type of the naive, fragile, moon-faced dreamer. But wary of the dangers of typecasting, he varied his roles, never shying away from playing shabby, mean or despicable creatures ranging from the pathetic cuckolded husband in Marcel Carné's 1953 "Thérèse Raquin" to the homosexual artist in Duvivier's "Boulevard" (1960) to the ultimate monster (Joseph Goebbels in Lazare Iglesis's 1972 TV film "Le Bunker"). Ever a workaholic, Jaques Duby has devoted the bulk of his lifetime to his passion, acting, shooting movie or TV films in the daytime before running the theater where he would play at night. The only regret film fans can feel about him is that Jacques Duby privileged theater and TV over the cinema. For after a promising decade of fine roles in the fifties before the cameras of Carné, Cayatte, Decoin and Duvivier, his appearances became scarce, limited to (sometimes insignificant)supporting roles in uninteresting works. He could have been one of the major figures of French cinema without giving up theater for all that. But, to paraphrase "Some like it hot", nobody is perfect!
